We've streamlined our mortgage process to make it easy for you to refinance or buy a home. In fact, we only need to meet with you in the beginning and then we take care of the rest.

Our mortgage process is so simple, we've broken it down into 5 easy steps.

Here's how it works:
  1. You meet with us for about one hour. If you're missing any documents from our checklist, we'll help you get them.
  2. We'll arrange your appraisal, credit verification, income verification and any other requirements necessary.
  3. Next, we underwrite and process your mortgage in-house and forward the documents to the investors for final approval.
  4. Upon approval, we'll contact your attorney and forward the closing documents for you. The process to this point takes only 7 to 14 days. Then your attorney can set a closing date.
  5. Show up at the closing, sign the papers — and your mortgage is all set!
Come Prepared
The easiest and quickest way for us to help you is to have all of your information upfront. To speed the process along, bring these items with you to our first meeting (copies only, no originals):

Income
  • Current pay stubs for one month
  • W-2's for the past two years
  • If self-employed, two years tax returns
  • Records showing any other income
Assets (two months statements - all pages)
  • All checking and savings accounts
  • IRA, 401K and Keogh
  • Brokerage accounts
  • Records of other investments
Debts
  • Cancelled rent checks for the past 12 months (or letter from the landlord)
Other Information
  • Signed copies of sales and/or purchase agreements
  • Bankruptcy discharge papers
  • Divorce decree
