- Lenders Document Prep Fee – Paid to the lender for services, ranging from $775 to $995
Third-Party Charges you could occur
- Appraisal – $550.00 estimate
- Credit report – $25.00 estimate
- Property Survey – 800.00 estimate
- Attorney’s Fee – We use the attorney of your choice, as long as they are approved with the lender. You can close with the lenders Attorney’s and only have one fee.
